How do you roast your coffee beans?
We use small batch coffee roasting equipment to do the job. It is a slower process than the big batch machines, but coffee flavors turn out much better in small batches based on our experience.
Where do you source your coffee beans from?
Over 90% of our beans are sourced from Central/South America and Africa. We occasionally like to use some exotic coffees from Jamaica and Indonesia as well.
What is the best way to store coffee?
Keep your coffee in a cool and dry place. If you have an air-tight container it will keep the coffee fresh longer. Never store your coffee in the freezer, it will act like baking soda and start to absorb food flavors.
How long can I keep a pouch of coffee before it goes stale?
If you have a pouch of whole beans that are heat-sealed, you can keep the coffee fresh up to 3 months. Our pouches come with a valve so the air comes out but no air goes in.
